😀 If I wasn’t inundated with Spring projects back-to-back, I would be partying in Manila, Cebu, and Boracay. Francesca Regala, at the Cultural Section of the Philippine Consulate General’s Office in San Francisco, is busy helping organize this trip that’s been packaged by Mango Tours.
