Jacqueline Lingad or Jacquie Lingad Ricci, An Overseas Filipina and a dear friend to many of us, is one of the four nominees of this women’s political party (a centrist organization). Daughter of Catalina Canlas Mangila from San Vicente, Santa Rita Pampanga. Formerly with the PCGG (Philippine Commission on Good Government) and DOT (Department of Tourism).
