In my experience in senior management positions , judgement calls are a norm and at times one needs to undertake these jugement calls at the risk of one's position/job. I believe that Ben did what he had to do given the situation and the circumstances then prevailing and took full responsiblity for his actions and that, for me, is the hallmark of a leader. Relative to Bobby Reyes, I believe that this person does not have the requisite management experience nor was he even a part of senior management at all. People like Bobby Reyes are the modern day Frederick Neitzche's that always sees the proverbial hole in the doughnut. More power to you as well as your continuing service to the Fil-Am community.
